Keep on keeping on...

Nothing new going on with me. I have been relatively well behaved this week. No serious strays from my meal plan, walking nearly every day. Last night I combined my after work walk with a much needed haircut. I like to combine these neighborhood errands and appointments with my walks. Considering it was also Earth Day yesterday, I can consider it environmentally friendly to use an "alternate mode of transportation" in addition to being healthy and an efficient use of my day.
My next goal is to actually start doing more exercises. I have been walking regularly and occasionally stepping that up to a run or jog, but I need some toning of other parts, particularly my core. There is always something that needs improving. This one will take some motivation on my part.
