doctor's appt

saw doctor yesterday. told him I broke my toe and when. he looked at it. says it looks pretty good. it's got a little hook to it though and it's still a little bruised, but still healing. he said he wouldn't have gone to the ER either. I would've called him first for an x-ray. I don't have time to waste hours at the ER. well, he's pleased with my sugar levels which I already knew about b/c I get emails from the lab when done. my work physical is scheduled. told him I workout in one fashion or another every day. he was pleased with that. now if only it would show on the scale. depressing
