Life's a climb. But the view is great...

Life's a climb. But the view is great... I love and look forward to my walks; but this morning's walk was a struggle! My calves burned and ached, I had no energy, and no motivation; but I pushed myself two miles. What's up with that? Me, being the analyst that I am, sought to figure out why. 1. Maybe I didn't wait long enough after breakfast? My body has always preferred exercise on an empty stomach? ( I know, sounds crazy, but true.) 2. Maybe I'm not eating enough carbs? (Good carbs only, right?) 3. Maybe I am pushing myself too hard? ( NA!) 4. Maybe because it is my hormonal, out -of -balance time of the month? ( Sorry to any guys that may be reading this.) 5. Maybe I need different shoes? ( Hope not, just got new ones.) 6. Maybe not enough hydration? ( Can't be by the number of trips I make to the little girl's room!) 6. Maybe it's just one of those days? ( It happens sometimes, doesn't it?) Regardless, next walk is a new walk, new energy, new motivation, new drive. Maybe I'll try again later? Looking forward to the view along the way!

    Phosphorus deficiency can cause leg cramps. Bananas are a good quick source. Good for regulating blood pressure too, according to my dad. Their doctor told them to eat a banana a day. emoticon
