Day 133- Not Giving Up

So, I am still working on this life style change. I do not want to gain any weight back this time. The Scale with up for the first time last week since I started this journey on January 1, 2015. Yes, I was slacking, been trying to date and eat right. Some men just want to feed you. Also, I have been on the go, with one daughter graduating from High school and picking her college and the other daughter trying to Transfer to USC as a Junior. So, I went up .8 of a pound. Not bad, but was disappointed in myself. I decided to do a cleanse this week.
So, I did this cleanse last year before going on vacation and lost about 8 pounds. I am hoping this time to get between 8 and 10 pounds off and keeping 6 pounds of it. I am not expecting a weight loss for a least 2 weeks after this cleanse. I will just focus on maintaining the loss. I will go back to my 1200 calorie day and working out 5 to 6 days a week. Got on the scale today, I was already down 6 pounds. I am using Root Nutrition products and following there diet plan.
Now time to put this plan in motion.
