Weigh In Wednesday: 167.5lbs
Fitness: 156 fitness minutes (I have a constant weekly goal of 250 fitness minutes)
Calories burned: 1441
NSV: Someone who had not seen me in a while asked yesterday if I had been working on my weight. Loose clothes too.
Challenges: Emotional eating (It happened twice this week, I was bothered about a matter at the two instances)
