A little whine without cheese and crackers

Monday, May 18, 2015

I took on a part time job recently. I battle chronic pain from several things especially fibromyalgia and arthritis. I have been in so much pain after work that I am just miserable afterwards. I worked Fri & Sat. Last night we had bad storms so I didn't sleep well. So I was exhausted all day today. But, here it is 2a.m. And I can't sleep! Every time I turn, it hurts and I can't really stay comfortable. I get another round of spinal steroid injections Tuesday. I am hoping that will help me to be able to be on my feet more and not have to deal with so much pain. I haven't been exercising because of the pain & fatigue. I need to get back to that. It sometimes helps. There is my venting for the wee small hours of the morning. I hope your week goes well!

It's hard to sleep when your body hurts, even when you are totally exhausted. I hope you are able to find some relief so that you can get some rest.

Go to Dr. Mercola's web site as he has a lot of information fibro and arthritis. (He's a medical doctor). He says a lot of our illness has to do with our gut. He is really interesting.
