Day three

day three and my motivation is fading quickly.
Excuses to not exercise: long day, hard workout yesterday, really tired, I just don't want to and it is way to hot in Alaska right now.
Reasons to exercise: I'll feel proud after I do it, feel better in the long run, I just need to push through it, if I stop now I will have wasted time and money, I want that "wow you look good" moment, fertility problems, boost mood, and many more
Even with all of that laid out in front of me, I'm having trouble motivating myself today. I know that I will be disappointed in myself if I don't. But I just want to go home, eat a healthy dinner, and play WoW.
Do you have any motivation for me? Do you go through this, if so, how do you get the motivation?
