So today was actually pretty exhausting!

It was one of those days where I just wanted to stay in bed and read all day. BUT I did not, I woke up and got going and did not stop till now (almost 10pm).

Lunch: Leftover Fiesta Chicken Salad from our Installation Dinner Saturday night

Dinner: I have been making freezer meals that go in the crockpot. All fresh ingredients, put together by me and frozen. So tonight's dinner was Shredded Pork Rib Sandwiches with chips and salad.

I did 2 dog walks (totaling 1/2 a mile) and did 6 hours of house cleaning for work. I had 2 clients today, the rest of this week are longer cleanings for single clients.

I REALLY want to find the energy to wake up at 6am and do my workout BEFORE work. Days are starting to get hotter in the afternoon and past 5pm I am NOT in the working out mood at all.

How do you EARLY morning people do it?!?!

I am going to try to do it tomorrow morning, go for my C25K W3D2 before work, then cleaning from 9-2pm.

Have a fabulous week all! Here's our group shot from the ESC Installation Dinner (I'm in the front in the grayish dress)

You look amazing! And oh my gosh, I JUST posted a blog about my new Shakeology. Today is Day 1 of my Shakeology & Insanity Max 30 challenge.
I haven't done the workout yet today, but I definitely have my tail tucked behind me... metaphorically speaking, of course lol. I'm glad you're doing well. Keep me updated! :)

    You look so cute!

How do we morning people do it?
    1) go to bed early
    2) when I'm coming out of a no morning funk, I give myself a reward if I get straight up after the alarm and work out.
