Quick comment - Many of us are on different levels in your health journey. Some have 10, 20, 30, 40, 50+lbs to lose.
It does not matter where you are on YOUR journey, I am here to support you on that journey. Now there are many DIFFERENT ways to get to your health goals.
As long as that journey is a HEALTHY journey, that is 100% ok! Never let ANYONE tell you what you doing is WRONG.... IF you are getting results. Your journey is your journey....
Yes, you will learn BETTER ways to eat, sleep, drink etc.. .add that to YOUR lifestyle...
Be proud of EVERY success that you have made this year! But do not get complacent because YOUR health is serious!
This month I am focusing on 2 miles a day! Finding a routine and sticking to it is key! Next month it will be a lil different. ... Do what works for YOU!
Believe in yourself that you CAN do this because you CAN, yes you CAN get healthier!
