Day four

I am in a great mood today! I only have to work 3 hours today so I had the morning off. Blake ( hubby) and I went for a walk, about 1.25 miles, and then played frisbee for about twenty minutes. I am excited to go to the beach with a client or go walk, and then I'm gonna go home and work out to my video, then we are going to watch a movie at home. I'm going to pick out snacks for the movie and have the servings that I can eat. I don't know what I'm going to eat for dinner though. I don't know if it is because "most" of the junk food is out of my system but I have been enjoying the water and healthy food. Even last night, I had one serving of dinner, (7:30 pm) and stayed up later (1:30) and wasn't hungry. It might be a fluke but it's the little victories. How is your day going? 314.6
