Week 4: 5/22 to 5/28, 2015

Weigh In Wednesday: 166.8lbs

Nutrition: I am still finding my foot. Trying my best to effect a -500 differential on a daily basis.

Fitness: 349 Fitness Minutes (Still surprised why the scale did not bulge)

Calories burned: 2236

NSV: All in the clothes. A blouse that used to be tight in the upper arms were lose so much I thought the blouse was not a fit on me anymore.

Challenges: Looks like TOM is on the way too. I am thinking of starting to use multivitamins now so that TOM has less effect on my weight anymore (I don't know how reasonable that is.

I found a new passion. The SuperHero spirit, I love the batman specially and of course the batgirl will be my favorite. Joker is the villian and that makes him "fat, unhealthy foods, sedentary lifestyle", Batgirl will not stop till Joker is crushed. Are you with me? What superhero will you like to be?

Watch out fat, I am coming against you!!!
