Coffee... little change = BIG calories, carb & fat savings

Let me start out by telling you I LOVE COFFEE! Not just any coffee, mind you. It's has to be iced coffee with 1/2 cup of that yummy flavored creamer. I love my iced coffee like a fat girl loves cake.... emoticon
I've been sacrificing my morning love, because of the sugar, fat, carbs, etc. No point in drinking it, if It doesn't taste good. I've tried other sources of caffeine...tea even soda... yes soda (figuring no fat), natural sources of caffeine, etc. But nothing could take the place of my love.... emoticon
Until today!!! I mixed 1 stick of Starbucks iced slightly sweetened with 3 oz. Of vanilla almond milk and I swear..., the heavens opened up and angels started singing. I am so excited! Like a little girl getting a pony excited! emoticon
Here's the breakdown (in a 24 oz tervis)
1 stick Starbucks VIA slightly sweetened ice coffee, 1/2 cup flavored creamer, water and ice.... 250 calories, 10 grams fat, 42 carbs
My new yummy way...
1 stick Starbucks VIA slightly sweetened iced coffee, 3 oz. Vanilla almond milk, water and ice.... 134 calories, 1 gram fat, 32 carbs.
Oh boy! I just made my day! :-) emoticon

Looking forward to more things I can substitute to save calories, fat, etc.

Oh... almost forgot... another yummy one for a quick filling snack (or meal). 1/2 cup quick oats, 1 single serving cup un sweetened applesauce, 1 tsp. Chia seeds, 2 oz almond milk, your fruit (s) of choice. I LOVE apples and bananna with a little nutmeg.

Ps.... I'm still all giddy about my coffee! 😀
