Weigh In Wednesday: 167.4lbs (+0.6)

Nutrition: I am still finding my foot. Trying my best to effect a -500 differential on a daily basis.

Fitness: 370 Fitness Minutes

Calories burned: 2965

NSV: So many NSVs this week, I noticed my rings now sound on my fingers clicking against each other with every movement of my hand.
Also I had this (below) measurement from a last time and this past weekend

Waist 34.3"/33.1"(-1.2")
Thigh 25.3"/24.2" (1.1")
Hips 40.8"/41" (+0.2)
Bust 41.6"/40" (-1.6")
Calves 14.5"/14.1" (-0.4")
Arms 13.1"/12.8" (-0.3")
Neck 14.2"/14" (-0.2")
Total = Difference of 4.8" all over my body

Lastly is what my HRM is speaking to me, close to 85% of my target heart rate.

Challenges: Not much this week, because of my new mantra, "JUST DO IT without thinking". I had been working out without thinking. Hormones are still wacky and just as I promised I will start with some multivitamins (just trying to get a good brand).
