I can't believe it's been almost 2 weeks since I blogged!
I've been struggling to not binge, last week I went two days without binging. I think I made it three days the week before that. I've been super bad about tracking.
This might sound silly, but idk why. It's weird but I haven't been paying attention or focusing on my physical health. This is unusual for me bc I normally try to be super aware of what Im doing and why. Its kinda fallen by the wayside these past two weeks. Maybe job stress, the stress of finishing my teaching credential application. Mostly I just feel tired.
My goals for this week are:
1. Go three days without binging (so far I've got 1/2)
2. Exercise for at least 10min/day for six days (so far 1/2)
3. Track all my food three days this week
I can do this! We can all do this! A break from healthy living isn't the end of the world, it's about getting right back on track.
