Welcome to my pity party!!!

Feel free to join right in!!!!

I am just so tired.....really tired of being on this" trying to lose weight seesaw".

It seems that I am the only one on this playground equipment. I just keep on going "up and down"- "up and down"!

I want to get off but don't want to give up on losing this weight!!!

I rarely get down on me but after seeing that I have been on Sparkpeople for at least 7 years now, it made me reflect on my weight loss since starting. Keep on gaining/losing these same 6 pounds per year. Hence, being so very tired.

Are you having fun at my party????

Well, I am not - so no more self pity!!!! Gone - banishing from my life......

Parties are for fun/enjoyment- so welcome to the positive weight loss party!!!

Join me if you like....Raise your glass (of water) and toast to a new beginning. Put on the tunes & dance, dance, dance ( good exercise). Have some food - I hear the chips are good (Kale ones of course). Yea, have a thin piece of cake too(not low calorie) as it's okay to have a little bit.

I'm getting off this seesaw for good. Make new goals/create productive challenges.....

Go back to the baby steps - put one foot in front of the other- see what works, change what is not for me. Somewhere along the way it's got to result in losing the pounds.

I am doing this all for me, myself, & I!

Well, thanks for coming & joining in my party! Started out slow - too much self pity but ended up loud & proud - with song & dance-" Gotta new attitude!!!!

    It is hard.....it is...

    and the most important thing...is that you have to do it for YOU.....and only you.......

    We all seem to have seasons where it is easier or harder than another. I think Summer is the easiest for the produce is at its best....and bbqs...grilling are healthier......

    Hey, I was at your party! I blogged about being done chasing numbers yesterday. I too have been here for a few years - and probably lost 100 pounds - only I found equally as many and more! It's getting old. Something HAS to change (guess that's me).

    We can do this! One foot in front of the other, no more side trips! Come on, let's go! I hear the laughter and the music playing. Got your dancing shoes on? You're gonna need em!!!
