Week 6: 6/5 to 6/11, 2015
Weigh In Wednesday: 165lbs (-2.4)
Nutrition: I just noticed this past week that I snack aimlessly daily before dinner. It is something that happens so often that it took so much observance to track that down. I want to minimize it even if I cannot stop now. Now I think it had helped me all these while not to overeat dinner. I may also need to work on making the snacking healthier if I will still allow it at all.
Fitness: 259 Fitness Minutes
Calories burned: 1778 cals
NSV: I loved the feeling that my skirt was falling off this week. Two women I have seen in a while saw me yesterday and said "you don't want to be fat again", of course I don't! lol. Much I want to be HEALTHIER.
Challenges: Tummy Bug this week and I think I lost water (next weigh in will say better).
I still remain the batgirl and I must conquer every enemy in the form of unhealthy and unnecessary fats.
