My three goals for last week were
1. Exercise for at least 10 minutes three days
2. Track all food for three days
3. Meet calorie goals/don't binge three days

I met all of my goals! I exceeded #1 because I did a ten minute work out five days :) I exceeded #2 bc I tracked for four days :)

I'm proud of myself!

I'm not sure whether I want to set goals for this upcoming week bc it's going to be crazy-two 14 hour days followed by two 8 hour days, scrambling to finish my application -_- yayness...it'll be ok. I'll figure it out eventually
