Being more mindful

Monday, June 15, 2015

So after reading a fellow sparkpeople's blog, I decided to blog myself. Not something I would usually do. She however sparked me to do so. Thank you BOBCATGIRL76

Being mindful of what I am eating and not dismissing it will be my greatest challenge this week and the rest of the month.

I bought a new Leslie Sansone walking video. Super great cardio for me to do with my knee in it's present condition. Gotta get that workout in everyday!

At 52 years of age, I need to be as fit and healthy as possible. I want to be around for my grandchildren for a long time.

Thanks again BOBCATGIRL76 and Sparkpeople for always being there!

Hello...Spark People has become my support groups for you see I am a recovering grease-holic. Yes, it is true if you can "fry it" I can "eat it".

Moderation is a very important key to being successful in our journey. One day at a time....Look for small victories...Look for non-scale successes.

Spark People research has found that people who get involved in social teams tend to be more successful in their efforts.

I want to personally invite you to join the SparkPeople's Official Healthy Habits Challenge Team. There you will find others that will support you in your journey and you will be able to help others as well.

On our team page BOBCATGIRL76 one of our team leaders has a great article to check out. Let me know what you think.

We are here to help. YOU can DO this! Oh by the way...have you ever tried Fried cardboard, don't have much favor but a nice life today.
