I am not exactly trying to lose weight but rather be fit and active. I am really racing against the mantra that says " if you don't use it you will lose it." This is very accurate and thus my purpose is for the future . I want to be able to get down on the floor and not worry about getting up again. I am in my fifties now and I no longer can say each year feels the same. The "fifty" mark is, well shall I say, somewhat unkind. I am a mom of 10 and have much to be thankful for. Much to look forward to in my kids lives. This is just a " next step" and with these thoughts I am more driven to live life well and fully.
