Staying up and not falling asleep

Wednesday, June 17, 2015

It's hard to stay up and not fall asleep when you are doing things on the computer or walking with Leslie or walking on the treadmill. I tried to take a nap today but I just couldn't so I got up and played some games on the computer and sparked some. All I know I'm not resting enough during the night. But I'm drinking my water and relaxing as much as I can but still don't know why I'm not getting enough sleep.

All good suggestions, have tried them all, not much luck, insomnia runs in the family. I tolerate it one day at a time and hope each night for a good sleep. Drinking water seems to help everything, but I flood myself. I am at least on the right track. It is very frustrating, how do you stay awake the next day if you are sleep deprived, or even stay alert or interested Good luck to us all..

I have sleep issues as well! I am finding that I have to go to sleep before my husband! He snores and keeps me up emoticon Have you been checked for sleep apnea? That can wake you up. or tried melatonin? I hope you get some much needed sleep really soon!

Are you on the computer late or watching TV until late? The glow from the screens stimulates us too much and makes it hard to sleep.
