Finished Physical Therapy

Friday was my last day of physical therapy and have already been working out at the gym.
I feel stronger but still having issues with my balance.
The nerve damage in my leg will never go away and have accepted that.
I will continue to work on getting stronger.
Stretching has become a daily routine for me.

My weight, however, is another issue.
Haven't been tracking my food and making foolish choices in the supermarket.
Gained 15 pounds!
I must get a handle on the food thing or go back to strict KETOing.

    As to eating, when you know what works you just have to get back to it, however you can.

    Congrats on graduating from physical therapy and getting back to the gym. I know how freeing that is but remember to keep those exercises up along with the gym stuff. I neglect that a lot and feel it. I'm sure you'll get into a good routine with the diet as well as the exercise and be right back on track.

    Bravo for working out despite the nerve problem! You might be able to do much more than you imagine if you keep going!
    ...the food choice issue is a big thing to keep under control... I am struggling with it too, as always - but not giving up making those small and regular positive changes can help a great deal!

    KETOing may be the best thing to get you back on track. It sure does help me.

    I'm only on my third week of PT - and my big toe just won't bend -- a real work in process!!!
