It's a new week

Sunday, June 21, 2015

Well it's a week since we got back from our cruise and it's a week since we lost our beloved Snowie, what a way to end a vacation. It's getting a little easier emotionally and its getting easier with getting back into the normal routine.

I really did great on the cruise with eating although I still gained three pounds....go figure. Now, it's time to get serious and lose some weight before my B-day in August. It is so hard for me to lose, I can maintain it but I have a hard time losing it. I have cut my portions, again and I walk every day but I am tired on going on the so called diet's. I did the Medifast and it worked but it's expensive but you do get fast results. I want to lose it eating normal foods so if anyone has any ideas or what you are doing that works, I am all ears.

I'm still trying to figure out how to add pictures to my blogs....any suggestions.

Wow, to maintain and not to gain is a plus. With all the buffets on a cruise, I'm surprised you didn't gain more. Congrats on knowing when you're full and stepping away from the table.
Choosing to lose on a natural "diet" will bode better for you in the long run...and will be so much more inexpensive. *sigh* ... we all would like not to have to spend the money, but have that weight just fall off. Row, row, row your (cruise) boat; life is but a dream.
