But Its Not A DIET

Yearly doctor appointment were always stressful because of my weight. Joining Spark People has made it easier until last week. I was in shock and it took me 3 days to figure out what the doctor had said.
She said 4 years ago you weighed 185 lbs., The last 3 times you maintained 164,161, 164. Today you weigh 145. YOU DON'T HAVE TO DIET ANY MORE. I told her but IT ISN'T A DIET. It is HEALTHY EATING AND EXERCISE, and I still have to tone so I will loose a little more. She asked my height 5 feet 1and 1/2 inches. Is there a reason? She changed the subject.
I felt great when I left home that morning I joined BLC27 and lost 12 pounds, and I am doing BLC28. The weight is moving slower, but I knew that might happen.
I wasn't looking for praise. I am on this journey for me, but I would still like to know why she didn't answer my question.
