Week 9: 6/26 to 7/2, 2015
Weigh In Wednesday: 162.8lbs (-1)
Nutrition: I was tracking as much as possible and trying to create the -500cals differential through nutrition this week more than through exercise. It should be other way round this week, God's grace.
Fitness: Fitness Minutes (I am truly sorry I have not logged my minutes in on SP but I did on BLC, internet troubles both at home and at work, I will get this fixed as soon as all is well)
Calories burned through workouts: same as above
NSV: I feel slimmer, trimmer and happier
Challenges: TOM was supposed to be a major challenge for the scale this week, but I was ready for it too
Batgirl is still fighting everything that is not in proportion.
