Getting back on track

I've been having issues with my eating lately. I'm fine during the day at work but once I get home all I want to do is eat. I've been going over on my calories. I've come so far in this journey. Haven't weighed this less since before I got pregnant with my first daughter. I'm usually running to one of my daughter's games or having to drive her here and there. Since school is out, she is playing on a softball league. Games don't start until 6 and when school is in I head straight to them from work. And she has her license now so some of my time has been freed up.
Part of me thinks I'm sabotaging myself. Very well could be. I started this journey last May and want to be at my goal weight in November. I went to the gym after work yesterday and did ok for awhile. Time to get back to crock pot meals for dinner and hit the gym after work.
