Great day

Saturday, July 11, 2015

Had a great day today. My husband and I went to our second marriage counseling session today. This wasn't as good as the first one but what are you gonna do? The counselor's office is by the river and there is a trail that goes along there. I've never walked on it before. I decided to walk about 1.5 miles on that then I walked home. The walk home was a little under 3 miles.

I went clothes shopping twice after that. Went to Walmart since I could get me some new tank tops cheap and I could grocery shop while I was there. Got 4 tank tops and 2 tshirts. I really needed those. After dinner my youngest daughter and I went to JcPenneys. She got a couple of things and I ended up with 2 exercise tank tops and 2 sports bras.

All in all it was a pretty good day. My good knee has been bothering me this week. I think I'm going to try working out in the pool at the gym.

It feels good to shop workout cloths! Good that you guys were able to fix the relationship! Must be a nice gym which has got a pool! I am at it‘s a cheap gym but near to me. I used to have problems with knees all my young years. Not anymore. I would ice them after the cardio exercise. It helps. Also esting gelatine for baking in a glass of warm fluid helps, cheaper than these fancy products. Hope you‘re doing great this weekend! emoticon Quite disciplinned you are, taking these walks home!

Glad you had a good day. Sounds like a fun time. I love to shop now but have to control it since I have more to lose. Wal-Mart is a good place to start. Can get pretty good stuff at a reasonable price.
