It is mid July and I am drinking more water and exercising more. I am still having trouble with what is going into my mouth. My calories are over and that is why the process is going so slow.
We had a covered dish dinner at work yesterday. I made a plan for how I would eat. I wanted to try everyone's recipe so got one little spoonful and filled up a small paper plate. I did not have a roll and only one bite of dessert my secretary brought. I got my 5 vegies in no problem.
This next week I am going to concentrate on getting those vegetables.
