Well unfortunately my friend had to cancel our movie and grilling night last night, but I still made the same stuff and it was scrumptious! I marinated some chicken breasts in two types of marinade and grilled them along with some corn on the cob, and I sauteed some zucchini in a little olive oil and garlic salt - SO GOOD! Oh and grapes too. I made a sandwich out of the chicken. Plenty of filling food, and I was actually under on calories but I was plenty full.

Today I'm meeting up at the forest preserve that's about 2 minutes from my house with a friend and her kids. There's a play area and we'll probably go for a hike, so I gotta go get ready! Not sure what I'll do this afternoon. I think just stuff around the house, and maybe the waterpark again tomorrow. Depending on how my legs feel after the hike, I might do more leg exercises this afternoon, make it a leg day! We'll see. I have leftover chicken for lunch and can make corn or asparagus to go with it, and tonight's dinner is a healthy recipe I've made previously that's like a twice baked potato with ham and cheese. Everyone likes it and the way it's made its pretty healthy and filling - win! :)

Tomorrow is weigh in (officially anyway, I weighed on wednesday was just one of those days I woke up and felt lighter (bloat gone i'm guessing) and felt like weighing. I just knew I'd be down.) I'll post tomorrow about how my "first" week went :)
