I did not stay in my calorie range this weekend. I did great on Saturday until it was time for the band picnic. It was at dinner time. I had 2 plates of crap. Then I took home some left overs and had 4 brownies and hot dogs. Why?
Sunday was the same. I ate a lot of hot dogs again. Plus had lasagna (a small portion) and 7 layer salad for lunch at my inlaws house.
I'm not going to get upset with myself for this. It happens to all of us. I'm back on track today and will finish out the week strong!
