I've been trying to be consistent with food tracking, but I hate it. Still going to keep at it as best as possible, and I know its value, but I feel like I'm wasting my time and effort.
Yesterday I went back for the Aquatic Fitness class only to find that it had been cancelled. But I paid to go into the big people's pool (the class is held in the pool that has shallow parts for exercising). It was a much better workout, cheaper admission, and unlimited use as compared with the one hour class. I think this is what I'll do from now on. Plus, I didn't have problems with breathing chlorine this time.
Hot temps have hit; September and October are going to be mega-toasty. That's the way it is; I appreciate a/c, but gives me a huge headache. And the monthly bill gives me an even bigger headache. (smiling)
Overall, I think adding swimming will be a great boost to my regimen. Starting September 1, I am doing a big six month plan for a few changes that I want for myself by my February birthday. We'll see.
