Plateau Buster

For this challenge I need to come write a blog about my plateau, how I got here and how I am going to get out.

First, I don't even know if I should call this a plateau, because I have been here forever, not just a few weeks and not just a few months but for ever. I think maybe it should just be a start over. I know what to do, I do have the knowledge to do it but I struggle with actually doing it so, I am doing this challenge to help get me focused and my butt in gear.

I am doing pretty much the same as I have always done but I am not doing it consistently, gee do ya think that is part of the problem? Next, I am going thru menopause, I know TMI, but I really feel like my body is changing in a lot of different ways. I believe that is part of my struggle.

What will I do to change, well, I have started this challenge, it lasts 28 days with new info every day. I will take it 1 day at a time and make the most of the day. I will focus on the suggested areas of ,

1- tacking and WEIGHING food, I will even track the cream in my coffee, I am ood about tracking basics but I think I need to focus on details right now.
2- tracking exercise, I am good about tracking it I just need to do it more consistently
3- high quality food, i need to do a bit of work in this department
4- water, I drink about 1/2 of what is recommended
5- celebrate NSV, need to work on this too, I am too busy beating myself up to celebrate.
