Healthy Breakfast To Get Your Day Started!

So I like to start my day off with a healthy breakfast, you guys might say that's not breakfast! I like to make Green Smoothies, I have been drinking them for about 18 months now! They are yummy and packed with the good stuff!
2 handfuls greens( I like spinach)
1 cup ice(you can also use 1 cup of water)
2 granny smith apples, cored and seeded( you can use whatever apples you like
2 small bananas, peeled
Place the leafy greens(whatever kind you like)and ice into blender and blend until the mixture is a juice-like consistency. Then add the remaining ingredients. Blend until creamy, you don't want it to be chunky so blend and blend some more!
Now I do up my smoothie by added a scoop of protein to it, also you can use Stevia sweetener to it, if you want it a little sweetness but my protein seems to do the trick!
Oh and I will have a cup of Green Tea(love my green tea) and a hard boiled egg on the side!
Now I must tell you that you will have some smoothie left but don't throw it out, you can put in in a container with a lid on it and stick it in the fridge to drink on it all during the day! You can also share it with someone!
