Green Goddess Sandwiches

15oz. can chickpeas
1 ripe avocado
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Salt & Pepper to taste

Rinse & drain chickpeas & place in a bowl. Mash with a potato masher or fork.

Cut avocado in half & remove pit. Scoop out the avocado & place in bowl. Mash again to combine with chickpeas add lemon juice & stir. Salt & pepper to taste if desired!

I toasted my bread( only one slice )and added tomato slices

My Hubby gave this one two thumbs up!
