Yesterday, I was the snack queen, but I'm still making progress. Despite having people over and having a ton of snack foid, I ate the healthiest stuff we had. I may have eaten too much, but I feel good about what I chose to eat.

Baby steps. Because grazing is my downfall

    Good job on grabbing the healthier stuff. I'm a grazer after dinner - It's a tough habit to break.
