I'm an all or nothing person. I give it all I've got to losing weight for a day or a month and then I make a mistake and then I give up. I make huge changes to my diet and expect myself to be able to workout for an hour after a week. I want to lose weight Right Now or not at all. So this time I am starting slow. Getting my daily intake close to my recommended range, eating slower and instead of lots of big exercise gimicks I am just getting up and walking around while I watch TV (kind of like walk away the pounds) for 10-15 minutes at a time. I'm hoping that if I start slow and small that I can sneak up on the weight loss before it realizes what's happening (kidding). Wish me luck!
