Crazy schedules!

Some days... Trying to plan when I'll get my exercise in today. When?!? It will happen, just stressin'.

    You can always find time, if you really want to. That has lead to 4am workouts and running around the block in the dark. If you truly want it, you will find a way... If not? You'll find an excuse. Have truer words ever been said?

    So, I'm always trying to motivate my five year old by telling him that I can do something faster than he can (example: I can go get your school clothes before you can brush your teeth - race ya!).

    I was rambling to him about trying to find the time to use the treadmill as he was getting ready for school. He said "I can get a shower before you can use the treadmill - race ya!" And, so we did. He got himself showered and was trying to do his hair when daddy got home from work and finished the task of getting him ready for school. So I got 40 minutes on the treadmill, instead of the 10 or 15 I was afraid I wouldn't get.

    Whenever you can! Try small exercise breaks, even 3 10 minute sessions can help
