Week 2 - Saying

I have been kind of half-hearted the past few challenges... I've lost a little weight... And then gained it back (or more) during the time in between. I know what I need to do. I just haven't pushed myself to do it. For the next 56 days, I want to push!
So...I want to be mindful that time is passing. I plan to count down the days 'til November 21 and to record what I say "NO" to, so I can say "YES" to being healthier, happier, and -- yes! -- closer to onderland.
Day 56 -- "no" to sitting on the couch and eating tonight after supper
Day 55 -- "no" to treats at a church meeting this morning, to Oreos at the kids' Confirmation class this afternoon, to the left-over cookies in the parish kitchen late this afternoon, to sitting on the couch and eating tonight.
Day 54 -- "no" to a Coke at the Laundromat and to parking close to the door at the grocery store.
Day 53 -- "no" to butter and jam on the roll and "no" to dessert.
Day 51 -- "no" to pasta and "no" butter on the bread at lunch.
Day 50 -- "no" to buying candy or chips at the store and "no" to sitting on the couch and eating after supper.
Day 49 -- "no" to cheesecake on a stick at the Renaissance Festival and "no" to Italian nachos and dessert at Johnny Carinos.
Day 48 -- "no" to treats after Mass and "no" to cheese and croutons on the salad and butter on the roll at lunch.
Day 47 -- "no" to doing laundry and cleaning my house, so I could get my training walk and stretching in AND get to bed at a decent hour!
Day 43 -- "no" to overextending myself.
