New Month, New Motivation

Well, .... It's been a couple of weeks, but I'm still being active. I've been getting in my last few bike rides before it gets too chilly outside to ride. Working; -- still organizing my house (which is a job within itself). And working on my "Bucket Lists." I've also taken a few "personal development" courses, in hopes of "resetting my life." I'm revamping and renewing my motivation. What can I say? I'm trying to make my life more "enjoyable and lovely" as I go along : )

My weight loss goal for New Year's 2016, is to reach BELOW 200lbs. I'm still pushing and WANTING to become a healthier and better me (so, wish me luck guys : )

And before I go ...

I'd like share to a "modified acronym" (I added some stuff as well) that I saw on a Spark Buddie's Page (AMYISSUCCEEDING).

It's called: "MOTIVATION FOR WEIGHT LOSS" emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon (I DO LIKE MY ACRONYMS ; ) ...

M = Make Short Term Goals (They Give Us Something To Look Forward To)

O = Out with The Negative (It Only Slows Progress)

T = Think Of Why You Want It (To Be The Best Me Ever ; )

I = Imagine How You Will Feel (Comfortable Finally, In My Own Skin & Body)

V = Visualize The "Future" You (Fit, Fabulous and Over 50! ; )

A = Acknowledge Your Success (Never Give Up On Me! -- )

T = Treat Yourself With Respect ( I Love Me ... Just As I Love You)

I = Investigate New Ideas and Foods (Bucket List Fun ... Here I Come ; )

O = Observe Your Healthy Lifestyle ( "Love Myself -- Love My Body" )

N = Never Give Up-- And Never Give In (Keep Cheering Ourselves and Each Other On To The Finish Line ... emoticon emoticon emoticon) AUTHOR UNKNOWN ~
