Beck Trek: I'm still here!

I am on my own path, but still really happy to have started along this trek with you all. I have lost at least six pounds (maybe more depending on what you count as the "starting weight"), so I feel confident that it is OK to take my time. I am meeting with my coach every week. We are talking about important things. I am continuing to fine tune my eating plan. I am "following" it, but since it is in flux, it is not a detailed following. It is more about keeping my overall guidelines right now, and recording foods into my little database of frequent foods to make tracking easy. In the meantime, I am not yet tracking! I still have this resistance, but as long as I am making progress, I am letting myself work through it.
