I have been some kinda BUSY as of late, but I am still at it! I got some new batteries for my heart rate monitor. I got some new running shoes. I've been tracking EVERYTHING that I've been putting in my mouth. So far, 2 pounds down!
Also, I am trying something new. Instead of focusing on losing a BIG number of pounds, I'm breaking things down into increments of 5 pounds. My goal is to lose 5 pounds by the end of November.
Wish me luck! I'm REALLY planning and preparing myself for success!
