HAPPY NOVEMBER

TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY OF A NEW MONTH. AND I NEED A NEW START. I HAVE BEEN ON A DOWNWARD SPIRAL GAINING WEIGHT. AND THAT IS NOT GOOD. I AM MAKING A NEW COMMITMENT TO LOSING WEIGHT AND GETTING HEALTHY. PART OF THE PROBLEM IS MY HIP AND LEG HAVE BEEN REALLY GIVING ME A FIT. NOT AN EXCUSE BECAUSE I THINK LOSING WOULD HELP WITH THE PAIN.BUT I AM MAKING A NEW COMMITMENT TO HEALTHY FOOD AND WALKIG AND EXERCISING MORE. STARTING OUT SMALL AND BUILDING ON IT EACH DAY. WISHING EVERYONE A HAPPY AND HEALTHY NOVEMBER.

    I have been having a rough time staying on track lately as well, and what is helping me is to go back to basics... to revisit what I was doing in the beginning when I was more motivated and successful. Maybe you could do the same?

    Also making some new DOABLE goals for your present self might help too :)

    Do not push it.. and did you ask your Doctor... I did and she said slow... with my bones age and the other things I had to be careful when I started.. Have no clue if you are as bad as I was but I started with Chair Exercises and only ten minutes three times daily.. even being in a chair the weight was coming off.. So Please be careful... and trak the food and water... In His Love and Grace Just Me emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
