New week, new month

I have not been committed to this journey for the past 2 months like I should have. I've had some awful back pain for the last 3 months and it really took a toll on me. I've also been heavily involved in my daughters marching band. I started going to a chiropractor about a month ago and finally started to get some relief. Started physical therapy last week so I'm working on getting back to normal. My eating and exercise has really suffered. The exercise is understandable but I shouldn't have let myself get back into old eating habits.

Today is my fresh start again. I went back to the gym today. It was little rough and I didn't go as long as I used to but it's a start. I've also staying in my calorie range and I'll get all my water in!!!

    Glad to hear you have been able to get back on track a bit lately .... it seems very easy to get off and harder to get on again so well done! I hope the physio and chiro work continue to help with lessening your back pain as well

    It happens and that's ok , the wonderful things is, you didn't give up. Start off slow and please don't beat yourself up for getting off track and in time, you will be better than before.

    I pray that the back gets stronger and you will be pain free very soon.
