Looks like I'll miss my goal this time

I challenged myself to go to the gym everyday for 30 days. I'm 21 days in and have missed 2 days. One day for crazy rain/flooding in my area and the other today. I tweaked my back yesterday changing out the water tank. I stayed home instead of going to the gym. I did get some gentle stretching in. I'm still proud of myself and will continue my challenge, sometimes you have to take some time to make sure nothing worse happens. I'll be back in the gym tomorrow, but will probably end up on the treadmill or recumbent bike if my back still feels tight.

    It sounds like you have a great attitude! It is better to take a break then to hurt yourself further. Good luck at the gym tmw. Even if you have to take it easy for your back. Every little bit helps.
