I'm making some definite progress for my exercise this month. My back is doing a lot better and I was able to get in 3 walks last week. I did really great today. Granted, I had to slow down a couple of times during my exercise because I was hurting but after a few minutes of slowing down I was fine. My goal this week is to get in 4 exercise session. It's only about 1/2 of what I used to do, but I'm getting there. I should be back to normal by the end of the month!!
