Excited! 5 days away from completing my personal 30 day challenge!

By coincidence, my 30 day challenge ends on my birthday! Saturday I will be taking my measurements/weight/body fat percentages to see how I did. I'm getting serious about my weight loss journey and decided I needed to establish some good habits. My focus this round was to go to the gym every day and NOT eat any fried foods for 30 days.

I'm human, and neither of these will be a perfect score. I'll post my results and experiences on Saturday. I'm already brainstorming for 2 goals for the next 30 days, which will cover Thanksgiving. Any suggestions would be great!

    Stay away from the sweet potato casseroles. My daughter is making sweet potato fries. Yum. I put cinnamon on mine.
