Day two of tracking my food and moving more. My doctor said "bring it down under 1200 calories a day" and "exercise doing something every day". Check and check....under 800 calories and feel ok. I heard once that if you complete a task 7 days In a row it's a habit. 5 more days until my healthy habit!!!

    Under 1200 is tough but if you are determined you can do it. If you workout you may need to increase it slightly. I am about 4 days I . have been journaling my food and doing as walk DVD everyday. Small steps. We cxan do this!
