It is okay NOT to work out

So do I really believe that? Yes and No. I am the type of person who, while I HATE to work out and that is with a capital H.... I do it because I know it is the right thing for me to do. I feel so much better after. Sparks has helped me keep track BUT I have always loved writing things down and crossing it off my list is powerful. Physically and mentally.

I made a decision this week.....don't stress. I am learning what a really BAD thing stress is. So there have been a few days that I did not work out. I had so much baking this year and I wanted my cards and bills to get out on time. I took some days off from the old elliptical. I felt rather guilty the first day . Christmas morning, I was okay with it and today some guilt is there but I am okay.....of course telling you all is helping immensely Thank you for that.

So YES not working out is okay....just as long as it isn't a habit and again that is why, Sparks is so important for me!!

    I think you and I are on a similar page in many ways. I just wrote a bit of it in my own Spark blog. No need to create stress by feeling guilt when stress is good at creating itself without us having to help it along! :)
