Back sliding

I'm back sliding again. I think the bad thing about it, I actually don't care. My plate is so full of kids school stuff that I just don't care if exercise has been pushed to the back burner. Thankfully tomorrow is the last day of school. I have figured out a plan for exercising and for getting my last bit of MY school stuff done this summer. I wrote out a schedule and I have went over it with the kids.

It has been so long since I have worked on my current chapter that I will have to basically redo what I have already done. Its been well over a month, hell probably over 2 months since I have looked at my school stuff. Its been a month today since I have worked regular routine stuff. I did do workouts on vacation but MY routine here at home its been a month.

I'm sleeping in Friday. Nothing is going to change my mind on that. If I dont roll out of bed until 10 then I dont roll out of bed until 10. I'M SLEEPING IN!! Saturday will start my exercise routines again. I will start with another run/walk Saturday morning. Finish it off with weights. Sunday morning I will do the same workout. Monday I may bike ride, haven't figured that out yet. Bike ride, treadmill, or a run.

There is a run on July 7th that I would like to do. Johnathon will not be here for it, as he will be down south with my uncle and his family for a 2 week vacation :) love the kid, but I'm really looking forward to the break. But anyways, July 7th the run I would like to do, not sure if I will be up and ready for another 5k. That gives me basically 3 wks to get back inhto the swing of things not sure if I can. I may just wait until fall.....dont know.

Anyways, I'm rambling and I'm tired. I will get back on track with exercise and I will get back to the 100% eating well. Been eating a bit too much of the sugary stuff the last few days....all week. I will get back to making better choices I know I will...otherwise I will have to buy new clothes!!! NOt going to happen
