A great way to stay movtivate

5 years ago I weighed 345 pounds. I started walking and changing my lifestyle. As the weight came off I begin to power walk then speed walk. Finally 3 years ago I started running. I had reached a point that I knew I needed to do something to keep the lifestyle fresh and the weight off. 2015 in 2015 was just what I needed. This challenge has pushed me and I have run more miles this year than the prior 2 years. Along with my power/speed walking I completed the challenge in October. A big thanks to my wife Debbie who has been my biggest supporter. And to a great friend Eric who also did this solo. He lives in Ohio and I live in Arizona. We would talk just about every night to see how one another were doing. I'm really looking forward to this new year and new challenge.
