Thanksgiving before Thanksgiving

Fall 2015 5% CHALLENGE.

I want to live out of a spirit of gratitude.

I want to be happier, healthier, more "grounded," and less overwhelmed with life.

Half-way through the challenge, on October 25, I will participate in the Marine Corps Marathon 10K race with my sister, MLH148. I want to keep up with her (!) and make her proud.

At the end of the challenge I want to be closer to 200 (my 5% goal is 205).

And in general I want to be less negative. I know "negative" things will happen. I know there will be days when I feel "negative." When that happens, I want to CHOOSE more positive, healthy, happy ways to cope. I want to spark!

Sounds like you have a plan and that is the first step to achieving your goal. Giving up is the easy part. Staying focused is the hard part. Its ok to enjoy life once in a while, so once a month enjoy a burger and fries with no exercise. It's free.
